Kristina Cleary

Kristina Cleary is an outside director at Orion Talent. Prior to this, they were the chief marketing officer at Ceridian from April 2012 to February 2019. Before that, they were the vice president of marketing at Dayforce from August 2010 to March 2012. Prior to that, they were the vice president of marketing at DMTI Spatial from July 2008 to August 2010. Kristina has also held the position of senior director of marketing at Workbrain from May 2006 to April 2008 and director of marketing at Workbrain from January 2002 to December 2006.

Kristina Cleary has a degree in International Business & Marketing from the University of Adelaide. Kristina also has a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Guelph. In addition, they are certified as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner and a Certified Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching. Kristina also has a Certification from Yale University in The Science of Well Being. Finally, they have badges from the International Coaching Federation in Associate Certified Coach and ICF Member.
