Sarah Peiker

Sarah Peiker is the current Chief Executive Officer at Orion Talent. Sarah has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment. Sarah started their career in 1993 as a Training Manager at the Minneapolis Hilton Hotel and Towers. In 1996, they became the Human Resources Manager at the Westin Hotel in Denver, Colorado. In 1998, Sarah took on the role of Recruiting Manager at US WEST/Qwest, where they were responsible for leading recruitment efforts. In 2000, Sarah joined CRI as the Director of Recruiting and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing). CRI was acquired by ManpowerGroup Solutions in 2008, and Sarah continued their role as Senior Vice President, RPO and Global Practice Lead, RPO until 2021. In their current role as CEO at Orion Talent, Sarah is responsible for leading the company's talent acquisition efforts.

Sarah Peiker's educational career consists of completing a BA in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University, as well as CORe Creditentials of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online. Additionally, they have also completed a Strategic Leadership Series from Lubar College of Business.
