Vaughn Anderson

Vaughn Anderson has held various roles throughout their work experience. Vaughn began in 2001 as an Academic Specialist at Michigan State University, where they were responsible for overseeing a large introductory CS 0 course and managing a team of teaching assistants. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of Drupal Developer at Cielo Systems Inc., focusing on web development. Vaughn then worked as an Independent Drupal Web Developer at CompuMentor from 2008 to 2009. From 2010 to 2013, Vaughn served as a Web Developer at Red Cedar Solutions Group. In 2013, they joined Nexient as a Senior Specialist, a position they held until 2018. Most recently, Vaughn has been working as the Chief Data Officer at Orion Trading Systems, starting in 2017.

Vaughn Anderson has a strong educational background with degrees in both Computer Science and Mathematics. Vaughn obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics Physics from the University of Saskatchewan, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Vaughn then pursued further education and earned a Ph.D. in Mathematics from The University of British Columbia, completing their studies from 1990 to 1995. Later, they attended Michigan State University, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, studying from 1999 to 2004.
