Ponchai R. is a seasoned professional in User Experience (UX) design, currently serving as the Director of UX at Orion180 since February 2025, and previously held the same title at ARGO from April 2022 to February 2025. Ponchai's extensive career includes a significant role as Principal/Associate Director of UX at S&P Global from October 2007 to April 2022, contributing to the merger with IHS Markit. Prior experience also includes senior design consultancy at Computech Inc. for the Federal Communications Commission, as well as positions at Verizon and One Web Corp., where Ponchai was the Director of Web Design. Early in the career, Ponchai worked as a Multimedia Designer at Pier 1 Imports and as a Jr. Art Director at Vertis Inc. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in User Experience Design from SMU Continuing & Professional Education, a Bachelor of Science in Interactive Media and Web Design from The Art Institutes, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Web Design & Interactive Media from the same institution.
