Mark Audrain

Mark Audrain has a diverse range of work experience in the financial industry. Mark most recently worked at Orion as the Chief Compliance Officer for RIA/BD. Prior to that, they held the position of Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Orion. Before joining Orion, Mark worked at Aspiration, where they served as the Senior Director of Compliance and also held the role of Chief Compliance Officer (Broker-Dealer) on an interim basis. Mark also worked as the Director of Regulatory Compliance at Aspiration. Mark's previous experience includes working as a Compliance Manager at CommunityAmerica Financial Solutions, LLC, and as a Principal Examiner at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Mark also worked as a Senior Associate at State Street and as an Operations Assistant at OakStar Bank. Mark began their career as a Personal Banker at US Bank.

Mark Audrain completed a Bachelor's degree in Percussion Performance at Missouri State University from 2002 to 2006. Mark then pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration at the same university from 2006 to 2008.
