Nikki Sweet

Nikki Sweet has extensive experience in product design and user experience. Nikki currently holds the position of VP of Product Design at Orion since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Sr. Director of Product Design at Riskalyze from 2021 to 2022. Nikki also served as the Director of Digital Solutions - Experience (AI & IoT) at Anthem, Inc. from 2019 to 2021. Before that, Nikki was the Creative Director of UX/UI Design at Deloitte iLab from 2014 to 2019. Nikki began their career at WebMD, where they worked as a Sr. User Experience Design Lead from 2011 to 2014, and as an Interactive Marketing Art Director from 2007 to 2011. Nikki also has earlier experience as a Sr. UX & Visual Designer at Idea Associates from 2005 to 2007, and as a Senior Designer at Keyboard Composition Design Studio from 2003 to 2005.

Nikki Sweet has a BA degree in Arts & Science with a field of study in Graphic Design from the University of Central Florida. Nikki also has continued education in Data Visualization: Conveying Information Through Visual Representation from Harvard University. Nikki has obtained additional certifications including SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., Certified Product Manager (CPM) from Pragmatic Marketing/Institute, Leading Creative Ideation from Designit, and Design Thinking Methodology from Adaptive Path. Nikki has also completed Executive Leadership Training at Deloitte University and has fundamental knowledge in Adobe Flash CS5 and Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 from EchoEleven.
