Timothy Holland, CFA has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Timothy is currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer - Orion OCIO at Orion since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Investment Officer at Orion Advisor Solutions from October 2020 to April 2023. Before joining Orion, they worked as the Senior Vice President and Global Investment Strategist at Brinker Capital from March 2017 to September 2020.

Timothy also served as the Co-Head of US Sub-Advisory at Pictet Asset Management from August 2016 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for institutional sales and product specialist tasks such as identifying prospective partners, preparing investment presentations, and conducting introductory meetings. Additionally, they represented the firm's International Small Cap offering before clients and worked on asset gathering efforts.

Prior to joining Pictet, Timothy worked at TAMRO Capital Partners as a Portfolio Manager, Portfolio Specialist, and Partner. Timothy held this position from April 2005 to July 2016 and was responsible for directing overall portfolio construction, analyzing fundamental company and industry data, and managing a team of analysts. During their tenure, their flagship US Small Cap Portfolio achieved a 5-star Morningstar rating and outperformed its benchmark.

Before TAMRO Capital Partners, Timothy served as an equity analyst at Manley Asset Management. Their responsibilities included conducting fundamental analysis, performing financial due diligence, and presenting investment recommendations for portfolio managers focused on US small cap stocks from 2000 to 2005.

At the beginning of their career, Timothy worked as a Partner at Towers Group, a boutique public and media relations firm, from 1993 to 2000. In this role, they developed and implemented public relations campaigns, participated in media relations efforts, and provided counseling to clients on communications issues.

Timothy's work experience began as a Legislative Assistant at Montalbano Initiatives from 1991 to 1993.

Timothy Holland, CFA holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Drew University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Timothy completed their high school education at Notre Dame High School from 1983 to 1987. Additionally, they hold certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute.
