Duncan Ward

Duncan Ward is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer experience, fleet management, and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as General Manager of Customer Experience and National Manager for Novated Leasing at ORIX Australia Corporation Limited since June 2021, Duncan focuses on delivering comprehensive novated solutions. Prior to ORIX, Duncan held the position of General Manager at Smartfleet, leading the development of innovative fleet management offerings. Previous roles include Partner at Desert Oak Associates, General Manager at SAI Global, Director of Operations at SmartSalary, and Financial Controller at Telstra. Duncan holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Technology Sydney, an Executive Program certification from Singularity University, and a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Sydney Institute of Business and Technology.
