Joseph Roy

Joseph Roy is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Executive Director and Senior Managing Counsel at ORIX Corporation USA since December 2020, Joseph has previously held prominent positions at BlackRock, including Director and Vice President in Legal & Compliance from May 2015 to November 2020. Earlier in their career, Joseph worked as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from January 2011 to April 2015. Joseph Roy holds a Law degree from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Drury University.
