Wade Holt

Wade Holt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the legal and financial sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director of Special Assets at ORIX USA Corporation since May 2007, Wade has built a solid foundation in asset management and finance. Prior to this role, Wade worked as an Associate in Bankruptcy and Business Litigation at Jackson Walker LLP from May 2004 to May 2007, and gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk for the Honorable William Greendyke at the United States Bankruptcy Court from August 2002 to May 2004. Wade holds a Juris Doctor degree from Baylor University School of Law, obtained between 2002 and 2004, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, completed in 1997.
