Mark Robertson has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Barista and Barista Maestro at Costa Coffee from 2009 to 2015. In 2015, they began working for Rentalcars.com as an Advisor and Support Team Advisor. Later that same year, they joined Booking.com where they held various roles, including Customer Service Advisor, Customer Relations Advisor, Customer Relations Support Team Advisor, Customer Relations Manager, Senior Customer Contact Manager, and Head of Community Operations. In 2022, they began working at Orka Technology Group as the Head of Community Operations.
Mark Robertson attended Kirkcaldy High School from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained their A-Levels. Mark then attended the same school from 2008 to 2009, where they obtained their Advanced Higher in Music and Drama. Mark then attended the Royal Northern College of Music from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained their Bachelor of Music (HONS) in Music. Mark also holds a Basic DBS certificate from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) obtained in June 2022, and a BS7858 certificate from the NSI - National Security Inspectorate obtained in May 2022.
