Laureen Thompson

Laureen Thompson currently serves as a Board Member at USEPPA PARADISE PARTNERSHIP INC since December 2023 and holds the position of Head of Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Systems and Operations at Pivot Bio since July 2022. Previously, Laureen was the VP of Total Rewards at Avantor from March 2018 to June 2022, leading a global Total Rewards Center of Excellence for 12,000 employees and defining strategies for global integration of plans and policies. Prior to that, Laureen was the Director of Benefits at VWR International, LLC from February 2006 to February 2018, where efficient benefits processes were developed during transitions through private equity ownership and IPO. Laureen's early career included roles at Towers Perrin, now Willis Towers Watson, where expertise in benefits administration and consulting was cultivated from December 1995 to January 2006. Academic credentials include an MBA in Accounting and Finance from La Salle University and a BA from Arcadia University.
