Jessica Jones has a long history of working in Human Resources. Jessica began their career in 2009 as a Guest Experience/ People Manager at Target. In 2016, they moved to Hudson Group as an HR/ L & D Manager, where they were responsible for training and developing associates from three international airports, operating and managing two international customer service programs, and hosting orientation and training/developing managers and supervisors on new programs. In 2021, Jessica joined Tinybeans as the Head of Talent & Happines/ HR and Director of People.
Jessica Jones obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Business from Brooklyn College in 2012. In 2019, they obtained a Notary Public certification from NYS.
