Miguel Prieto

Miguel Prieto is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and microservices architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at Orkes since May 2024, Miguel previously held similar roles at Latch and Toptal, where projects included building an authentication and authorization framework for Orkes Conductor and integrating multiple authentication providers. Notable contributions also include full-stack development at companies such as Quorilla and Rooam, where Miguel designed and implemented APIs, developed a React application for user management, and utilized Spring Boot for backend services. Miguel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción.
