Harald Ullevoldsæter

Harald Ullevoldsæter is the current Executive Vice President & CFO at Orkla. Prior to this, they served as the CFO at Orkla Brands from January 2008 to July 2012, and at Orkla Brands Nordic from October 2000 to January 2008.

Ullevoldsæter has extensive experience in strategy formulation, monitoring of results, corporate accounting, business reviews, assessment of acquisition projects, and preparation of management team meetings and Board meetings. Harald also has Board experience through their work with various companies in Orkla's portfolio.

Ullevoldsæter's responsibilities have included active corporate governance of companies in Orkla's portfolio, responsibility for IT, Business Development, Planning & Analysis, Orkla Brands Accounting Centre, Legal Affairs and Shared Functions in the Orkla Brands building.

Harald Ullevoldsæter has a certified financial analyst certification from Norges Handelshøyskole (NHH) and an M.Sc in business (siviløkonom) with a focus in finance from Bedriftsøkonomisk Institutt.

They work with Paul Jordahl - Executive Vice President & CEO, Orkla Foods Europe, Johan Clarin - Executive Vice President & CEO, Orkla Food Ingredients, and Hege Holter Brekke - EVP & CEO, Orkla Care. Harald Ullevoldsæter reports to Nils K. Selte, President & CEO.
