Joy Mingus possesses extensive experience in Epic systems, particularly in Ambulatory and Bones modules, spanning over 17 years in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as an Epic Ambulatory/Bones Analyst at Orlando Health since November 2024, Joy previously held the same title at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, where responsibilities included leading workgroup meetings and executing comprehensive builds for both adult and pediatric clinics. Prior to that, Joy was a Senior Epic Analyst at Eisenhower Health, focusing on orthopedic clinics and overseeing significant enhancements and project discussions. Earlier roles included positions at Valleywise Health, Cleveland Clinic, and Saint Francis Healthcare System, where Joy participated in the complete implementation of multiple modules, workflow analysis, and training development.
