Danielle Powell

Danielle Powell currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Employee Experience Officer at Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC - The Reliable One) since April 2024, where responsibilities encompass providing executive-level administrative support and collaborating with various business units to implement programs aligned with OUC’s Employee Strategy. Prior to this role, Danielle worked at Foundry Commercial from October 2017 to May 2024, holding multiple titles including Human Capital Coordinator and Executive Assistant within the Platform Infrastructure Team. Earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at Hilton Grand Vacations from 2013 to 2017. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bucknell University, earned in May 2005, and graduated from Freeport High School in 2001 with a high school diploma.
