Heather Griffiths is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Managing Attorney at Orlans Law Group since November 2025. With extensive experience in bankruptcy and residential foreclosure litigation, Griffiths previously held leadership roles at Padgett Law Group as Supervising Attorney for Florida and as Managing Attorney of the Florida Office at Orlans PC. Over a nine-year tenure at Phelan Hallinan Diamond & Jones, PLLC as Senior Associate Attorney, significant contributions included managing firm operations, conducting compliance audits, and reducing legal filing timelines. Griffiths began the legal career with a variety of internships and clerkships, establishing a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, and analysis. Griffiths holds a Juris Doctor in Sports Law from Florida Coastal School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Maryville College.
