Debra Dean

Debra Dean is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in literacy and response to intervention (RTI) frameworks. Since August 2007, Debra Dean has served as the District Literacy and RTI Specialist at New Orleans Public Schools. Prior to this, from 1978 to 2011, Debra Dean worked as the District Reading Specialist and RTI Coordinator for Orleans Parish Public Schools. Debra Dean holds a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Xavier University of Louisiana, earned between 1973 and 1990.
