Heather Freeman started their work experience in 2004 at the Orleans Southwest Supervisory Union, where they held various roles such as Director of Student Support Services and Co-Director of School Transformation. Heather then moved on to OSSU, where they worked as a teacher.
Heather Freeman had completed their Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at the University of Vermont from 1996 to 2000. Subsequently, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in School Leadership from Saint Michael's College between 2014 and 2016.
