Magdalena Bartoś

CFO with many years of experience and a proven track record of success in delivering goals. Ms Bartoś has managed finance departments in manufacturing and service sector companies, including public companies. Her domestic and international managerial experience spans various sectors, including fuel, energy, and services for road transportation.

From 2019 to 2023, she served as a management board member of W.A.G. payment solutions a.s., overseeing, among other responsibilities, the preparation and execution of Eurowag Group’s initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange. From 2017 to 2018, she was a member of the Management Board of Paged S.A., and from 2014 to 2016 – the managing director for economic and financial affairs at PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. Previously, she served as CFO at Enea Operator and Nike Poland, and from 2009 to 2012 – as a member of the management board and CFO of the Zelmer Group. In 2007–2009, she also had roles at the ORLEN Group, overseeing finance integration post-acquisition of the Mažeikiai refinery and serving as the deputy CFO of Mazeikiu Nafta, responsible for accounting, reporting, and financial planning. She began her career with Ernst & Young’s audit and transaction advisory teams.

With a strong background in M&A transactions, she has implemented best financial management practices and introduced structural and organisational changes within financial teams of large corporations. During her career, she has repeatedly led projects to raise financing in the public and banking markets.
