Sagarika Shahane is a Senior Operations Research Scientist at ORMAE since June 2023, with previous experience as an Operations Research Scientist at Optym from November 2021 to May 2023 and a Software Engineer at LYNK Logistics from February 2020 to November 2021, where expertise in building optimization models and using tools such as Gurobi and MIP optimizers was demonstrated. Sagarika also served as an AI intern at Temenos in mid-2019, focusing on Python and Graph Database technologies, and worked as a Software Engineer at Avaya from July 2016 to July 2018, utilizing Oracle BI, Java, .NET, Shell scripting, and Tableau. Sagarika holds an MSc in Computer Science with a focus on Theoretical Computer Science from Chennai Mathematical Institute (2018 - 2020) and a Bachelor's degree from Pune University's MKSSS's Cummins College of Engineering for Women (2012 - 2016).
