Ben Delwiche

Ben Delwiche is an experienced geologist with a strong background in geothermal energy and mineral exploration. Currently serving as Chief Geologist at Ormat Technologies, Inc. since September 2016, Ben previously held the position of Senior Geologist at Ormat from June 2007 to September 2016, where responsibilities included organizing pre-drilling exploration activities and assessing the economic potential of geothermal prospects. Earlier experience includes working as a Geologist at Terracon, a Teaching Assistant at the University of Nevada Reno, and a Research Assistant at the Nevada Bureau of Mines and Geology. Ben holds a Master's Degree in Geology and a Bachelor's Degree in Geology, both from the University of Nevada, Reno.
