Ben Fry

Ben Fry, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at Ormat Technologies, Inc., since February 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America, where Ben held multiple HR roles, culminating as Sr. HR Manager Indirect & Operations, significantly enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction through strategic HR initiatives.
