Agustina Isabel M. is an experienced professional with a robust background in human resources and innovation management. Currently serving as the PeopleX Rewards & Benefits Senior Manager at BairesDev since September 2021, Agustina is responsible for job leveling and organizational redesign. Agustina also holds a position as a Compensation & Benefits Professor in the Master's program in Human Resources Management at Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales since October 2023.
