Gad Shoshan

Gad Shoshan has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Gad started their career in 1985 at Scitex digital pre press, where they held various marketing positions in Europe and Israel. In 1990, they joined Unda/Scitex STE and continued working in marketing until 1997. Gad then moved on to Shira Computers, where they served as the Co-Manager and VP of Sales and Marketing from 1996 to 1998. In 1999, Gad became the Director of Marketing at RiT Technologies and held the position until 2002. Gad then joined YP Unitesters as the VP of Sales and Marketing from 2002 to 2003. In 2004, Gad became the General Manager at Autofont -SafePaper until 2006. Gad then joined Ormat as the Regional Manager from 2006 to 2011 before being promoted to International Sales and Marketing Director, a position they still hold. In 2018, Gad joined the Israel-Turkey business council and chamber of commerce as a Member of the Board of Directors until 2020 when they became the Chairman of the Board.

Gad Shoshan has a diverse educational background. In 2018, they pursued graduate studies at Tel Aviv University's Coller School of Management, specializing as a board member. Prior to this, in 1992-1993, they obtained a Master of Science in Cross Cultural Business Management from Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Gad also holds a Master of Arts degree in Cognitive Psychology from Tel Aviv University, completed in 1988-1989. In 1985-1987, Gad earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University. Additionally, in 1981-1982, they studied Photography at Haddassah College and completed their Associate of Arts degree. In terms of their earlier education, from 1977 to 1979, Gad received training as a traumatology and paramedics instructor at IDF Huliya Artzit. Lastly, from 1971 to 1974, they completed their high school education at Boyar, focusing on biology and life science.
