Nidia I. Rivera

Nidia I. Rivera, MBA has extensive experience in human resources, holding senior leadership roles in various companies. Nidia I. is currently the VP of Human Resources, Americas at Ormat Technologies, Inc. since October 2022. Before that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at PeopleOne Health from October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Safemark from September 2018 to October 2021. Nidia also worked as the Human Resource Director at Fiserv from September 2014 to September 2018. Nidia I. started their career at Novartis in February 2010 as an HRBP Americas Region and worked there until January 2014. Nidia's early experience includes their role as Vice President of Human Resources, Global at CNH- Fiat Group from October 2007 to January 2010.

Nidia I. Rivera, MBA has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico-Recinto Arecibo. Nidia I. then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in International Global Management from the University of Phoenix. In terms of certifications, Nidia has completed courses such as Organizational Culture, The Six Morning Habits of High Performers, and Body Language for Women through LinkedIn. Nidia I. is also working towards obtaining the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
