Kelly Moore

Mrs Moore is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Chartered Company Secretary and Director at Meridian Corporate Consultants, with extensive experience in senior financial and governance advisory roles.

Having previously held senior roles providing corporate accounting and governance services to a wide range of entities, Mrs Moore has gained a wealth of experience in the financial reporting and compliance requirements of companies, both listed and unlisted. Mrs Moore previously worked in audit and assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers Perth, which has provided her with additional experience in the preparation of financial statements and a detailed knowledge of both ASIC and ASX compliance requirements.

Mrs Moore holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of WA majoring in Accounting and Finance and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
