Erika Boucher

Erika Boucher has over 25 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Erika is currently the Director of R&D IT at Orna Therapeutics since May 2022. Prior to joining Orna Therapeutics, they worked at Constellation Pharmaceuticals from 2016 to 2022, where they held various roles including Director of Drug Discovery Operations and Associate Director of Automation & Compound Management. Before that, Erika worked at Cubist Pharmaceuticals from 1997 to 2015, where they served as a Senior Manager, Principal Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, IT Systems Analyst, and Senior Research Associate. Erika also has experience as a Wet Analytical Chemist at Roy F Weston Inc from 1995 to 1997.

Erika Boucher obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, General from the University of New Hampshire between 1990 and 1994.
