Magnolia Chinn

Magnolia C. is an experienced researcher in the field of immunology, currently serving as an Associate Scientist at Orna Therapeutics since June 2021, with prior roles as Senior Research Associate and Research Associate on the Immunology Team. Magnolia conducted independent research as an Undergraduate Researcher at the MIT Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research from June 2018 to May 2021, focusing on engineering localized cytokines to enhance cancer immunotherapy efficacy. Additional experience includes working as a Teaching Assistant through the MIT International Science & Technology Initiatives in January 2020, and participation as a 2019 NIH Amgen Scholar at the National Institutes of Health, where research focused on mapping interneuron anatomy in schizophrenia models. Magnolia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earned in 2021.
