Siva Sakhamuri

Siva Sakhamuri currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Orna Therapeutics since May 2024. Prior to this role, Siva was the Senior Vice President and Head of Technical Operations and Quality at Omega Therapeutics from January 2021 to April 2024. Experience also includes Vice President of Manufacturing at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals from August 2016 to January 2021, and overseeing process and analytical development as Executive Director at Alexion Pharmaceuticals from April 2013 to July 2016. Siva's earlier positions encompass Director of Manufacturing at Sanofi Pasteur, Group Leader in biopharmaceutical manufacturing at Bristol-Myers Squibb, and various research associate roles focusing on bioprocesses at The Pennsylvania State University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Siva holds a Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
