Christopher Slabon

Christopher Slabon is an experienced Advanced Care Paramedic currently working with Ornge since February 2023. With a strong background in clinical education, Christopher serves as a Professor and Clinical Placement Coordinator for the Primary and Advanced Care Paramedic Programs at Fanshawe College since October 2012, focusing on program development, lab instruction, and innovative teaching methods including gamification. Previous experience includes serving as an Advanced Care Paramedic with Middlesex London Paramedic Services from March 2012 to January 2023, and as Station Manager and Advanced Care Paramedic at Thames EMS from January 2000 to March 2012. Additional roles include Flight Paramedic positions with FlightExec and Timmins Air Ambulance, and foundational work as a Paramedic at Peel-York District Ambulance. Christopher holds a Master of Education degree from Lakehead University and various other qualifications in paramedicine and education.
