Rob Schembri

Rob Schembri has extensive experience in emergency services, currently serving as a Critical Care Paramedic and Advanced Care Flight Paramedic at Ornge since November 2011. Prior to this, Rob worked as a Detective Constable with Peel Regional Police from April 2010 until retirement in July 2022, and as an Advanced Care Paramedic with the Region of Peel from January 2001 to April 2010. Additionally, Rob served as a TCCC Instructor at Tactical Element, Incorporated from 2006 to 2010, and began a career in emergency services as an Ambulance Driver at Lee Ambulance Service from May 1990 until the employment transfer to Region of Peel. Rob's educational background includes a degree in Critical Care Paramedic from Ornge, Emergency Management from George Brown College, a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies from the University of Guelph-Humber, and various qualifications in paramedicine and policing from respected institutions.
