Tom Walker MSW RSW is an experienced professional in social work, specializing in human factors, training, and mental health. Since February 2013, Tom has served as a Human Factors Specialist at Ornge, conducting needs assessments and developing training for paramedics and clinical staff. Concurrently, Tom has been a trainer at the Crisis & Trauma Resource Institute Inc., delivering various courses on mental health and trauma. As the owner of twalkertraining since 2010 and as a former Director of Business Development and Training at the Canadian Training Institute, Tom has focused on crisis intervention and education.
