Kevin Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Kevin started their career as a Financial Controller at Solaglas in 1983. Kevin then moved on to work at Interbrew and Whitbread from 1989 to 2001, holding various roles during that time. In 2001, they joined Anheuser-Busch InBev as the Director of UK Supply Operations, where they led operational transformations and restructuring. Kevin later became the Global Director for International Customers and then the Demand Fulfilment Director for Western Europe. In 2007, they joined Muller UK as the Supply Chain & Procurement Director and led the transformation of the company's logistics and supply chain management. In 2012, they moved to Muller Quaker Dairy as the Vice President of Supply Chain, where they successfully established a new supply chain structure and launched a new manufacturing facility. In 2015, they joined Ornua as the Vice President of Supply Chain, where they were responsible for taking the supply chain to new levels and designing a new global operating model. Kevin also took on additional roles in project management and had P&L responsibility for businesses in Canada and Latin America.

Kevin Williams has a diverse education history. Kevin attended BPP University, where they earned a degree in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Kevin also completed training in the InBev global talent pool and Whitbread senior management at both INSEAD and The Wharton School. Additionally, they completed a Whitbread senior management training program at the London Business School.

In terms of certifications, Kevin Williams is trained in the FDA Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) through the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA), which they obtained in March 2019. Kevin is also a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and a Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
