Rob Rhodes

Rob Rhodes is a Continuous Improvement Manager at Ornua since March 2022, bringing extensive experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Prior to this role, Rob served as a Lean Six Sigma consultant, coach, and mentor at Manufacturing Excellence from March 2021 to March 2022. From February 2020 to March 2021, Rob was a Lean Six Sigma specialist and coach at Cidori, where responsibilities included coaching standards for various apprenticeship levels and bespoke staff development in Lean and Six Sigma.
