Santiago Toribio

Santiago Toribio is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in various managerial and technical roles. From 2015 to 2024, Santiago served as Engineering Manager at Ornua, leading significant projects including the construction of a new factory within 16 months and a budget of 30 million euros, as well as implementing operational excellence initiatives through "The Ornua Way." Prior to Ornua, Santiago worked as Technical Manager at Lácteas García Baquero, focusing on productivity and process improvement, and held positions as Process Engineer at Solaria Energía y Medio Ambiente and Repsol, where contributions included process development and optimization for manufacturing lines and R&D of high-density polyethylene production.
