Aleksandrs Svaikovs

Aleksandrs Svaikovs has worked in a variety of roles in the construction and engineering industries since 2002. Aleksandrs started as an electrician at Jurmalas Jaundubultu school, then worked as a carpenter/electrician at Restaurators Ltd from 2003-2006. From 2006-2014 they worked at Skonto Buve Ltd, Latvia, first as a project manager assistant/project manager, then as Director of Construction Department at Augstceltne Ltd, Latvia from 2013-2014. Aleksandrs was a Lecturer at Riga Technical University from 2015-2016, a Valdes loceklis at Būvniecības industrijas digitalizācija asociācija from 2016-2017, and a Mentor at RTU Design Factory from 2017-present.

Aleksandrs Svaikovs began their education in 1998, when they attended Riga Tehnical College to study as an Electrician. In 2002, they moved on to Riga Tehnical University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications faculty). Aleksandrs then continued their education at Riga Tehnical University, earning a Professional Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineer in 2009. In 2011, Aleksandrs Svaikovs completed their Master's Degree in Civil Construction and Real Estate Management from Riga Tehnical University. In 2015, they began their PhD in Engineering Economics at Riga Technical University, which they are currently pursuing.

Aleksandrs Svaikovs has also obtained several certifications, including a Project Managing Resource Courses from Stamford Global in 2009, AutoCad 2005 from Education Centre Aveta, Latvia in 2006, a Certificate of Electrical Construction Work Management and Supervision from Latvian Electrical Association Certification Centre in 2013, a Certificate of Construction Management from Latvian Builders Association in 2010, and a Personal Development Skills Course from Alfastudio Ltd, Vilnius.
