Stephen W. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Stephen currently holds the position of Vice President of Corporate Development at Orora Packaging Solutions, where they lead business group M&A strategy and execution for the company's growth. Prior to this role, Stephen served as the Interim Business Unit Leader of Orora Visual and Head of Strategy and M&A. Before rejoining Orora, Stephen was the Chief Strategy & Operating Officer at Orora Visual, responsible for developing growth and profit improvement strategies.

Earlier in their career, Stephen served as the President of Pregis PolyMask, overseeing global operations and leading the integration of two acquired businesses. Stephen also worked at Amcor, where they held various roles including National Marketing Manager, Value Plus Business Group Champion, and Marketing Analyst.

Stephen's work experience also includes roles at Orora Packaging Solutions, where they served as a Regional Director and Division Manager, and at NuKorc Pty. Ltd as a Commercial Analyst.
