Erika Marchant

Erika Marchant has a diverse work experience. In 2018, they served as a College Leader for DePauw University's middle school Young Life community, providing mentorship and organizing events for students. From 2019 to 2022, they held multiple positions at DePauw University, including Peer Research Consultant, Writing Associate, Carbon Neutral Intern, and Student Manager at Roy O. West Library. In 2021, they worked as a Media Assistant for Climate Action Network Australia, conducting stakeholder research. In 2022, they joined eimagine as an Associate Business Analyst, focusing on information technology consulting. Erika also became the Director of Continued Learning at Orr Fellowship, a nonprofit organization that matches college seniors with employment opportunities and provides professional growth opportunities.

Erika Marchant has a diverse education history, with a focus on East Asian Studies and Chinese language. From 2018 to 2022, they attended DePauw University, where they pursued a major in Chinese Studies and minored in Environmental Geoscience, Ethics, and Chinese Language. During their time at DePauw University, they gained extensive knowledge in East Asian Studies. In 2019, Erika attended the University of International Business and Economics, where they further explored Chinese Language and Culture. In 2021, they studied Agroecology and Sustainable Agriculture at Payap University. Prior to their university education, Erika attended Lake Forest High School from 2014 to 2018.
