Managing Director, Orrick Analytics at Orrick

Daryl Shetterly has extensive work experience in the legal field. Daryl started their career at LeClairRyan in 2005, where they worked as an associate and later became a partner. At LeClairRyan, they focused on eDiscovery legal issues and managed large-scale eDiscovery projects. Daryl was also involved in conducting research and writing for the firm's eDiscovery blog and newsletter. In 2012, they joined Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP as the Managing Director of Orrick Analytics. In this role, they oversee the firm's Global Operations and Innovation Center and is responsible for bringing innovation and business process to the practice of law. Orrick Analytics has been recognized for its work in developing a smart contracts model with the law department of Applied Materials.

Daryl Shetterly completed a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from Regent University School of Law in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from Liberty University in 2000. In 2020, they pursued further education by enrolling in Harvard Business School Online for a program called "Disruptive Strategy with Clayton Christensen." Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
