Hayden Goudy

Hayden Goudy has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. They started their career as an Extern at the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office in 2012, followed by a short-term contract role at IGNITION PARTNERS. Hayden then became a Research Associate at GIC Group, where they focused on macroeconomic research, business plan development, and economic forecasting. In 2014, Hayden joined Fenwick & West as a Corporate Assistant and later as a Corporate Paralegal, gaining experience in maintaining capitalization records and facilitating private venture financings for start-up technology companies. From 2018 to 2021, Hayden worked as an Associate at Kroll, specializing in investigative consulting and handling areas such as fraud, corruption, and money laundering. Currently, Hayden is employed as the Director of ESG and Corporate Governance at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. In this role, they are responsible for building a team focused on ESG and corporate governance research, analysis, and non-legal strategic advice, serving clients ranging from start-ups to large-cap public companies and investors. Hayden also holds the position of ESG Business Intelligence Advisor at Orrick, providing clients with non-legal strategic advice on ESG policies and addressing their most pressing ESG issues.

Hayden Goudy has a diverse education history. They obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from the University of Washington from 2010 to 2014. In 2013, Hayden also pursued a Bachelor of Economics International Program at Thammasat University. Subsequently, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2017 to 2018, where they earned an MSc degree in International Political Economy with a focus on International Relations. Additionally, Hayden has acquired professional certifications, including being a Level II Candidate for the FSA Credential from SASB Standards and a Certified Sustainability Professional from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) in August 2021.
