Lynne Hermle

Lynne Hermle is a partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where involvement with the Silicon Valley Employment Group includes litigating complex employment claims, such as high-stakes jury trials and class actions, since September 1995. During tenure at Orrick, Hermle served on the Executive Committee from 2000 to 2006 and previously worked as an associate from June 1987 to December 1990, focusing on client counseling and employment litigation. Prior to joining Orrick, Hermle held the position of in-house counsel at AT&T from May 1984 to June 1987, managing labor and employment matters and overseeing outside counsel. Hermle obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, after earning a BA, magna cum laude, in Physical Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara and studying at the University of Exeter.
