Ryan Prohibido

Ryan Prohibido has a diverse work experience in the field of network engineering. Ryan started their career as a System Engineer at TaskUs in 2014, where they maximized network performance and secured network systems. Ryan then joined Infosys BPO in 2015 as a Senior Network System Engineer, where they maintained and troubleshooted system and network issues. In 2017, Ryan joined Verizon as a NOC Lead Tech. Engineer, providing end-to-end trouble isolation and repair for managed customer network services. Most recently, they are working at Orro Group as a Senior Unified Communication Engineer, where they perform changes and troubleshooting on various Cisco products and manages IP Telephony Systems. Ryan has developed strong skills in network performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and customer issue resolution.

Ryan Prohibido attended the National College of Science and Technology in Dasmariñas City, Cavite from 2001 to 2004. Ryan obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science during this period. In addition to their degree, Ryan has obtained several certifications from Cisco. In October 2018, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification and the Cisco Certified Network Associate Collaboration (CCNA-C) certification. In June 2019, they also obtained the Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Specialist certification.
