Meher Mehta is a Provisional Clinical Psychologist currently engaged in student placement at ISN Clinic, providing therapy sessions and cognitive assessments. Additionally, Meher works as a Provisional Psychologist and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner at ORS Group. With experience at Direct Focus Solutions as a Provisional Psychologist, Meher focused on building therapeutic alliances and conducting assessments including ADHD evaluations. Previous roles include serving as a Neurofeedback Technician, where Meher developed therapy plans and collaborated on a research project related to neurofeedback and dieting behavior. Meher also has research experience from a Psychology Honours Thesis at UNSW, examining the relationship between humility and aggression. Earlier roles included tutoring and internships that contributed to a solid foundation in psychological practice and client support. Meher holds a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from UNSW and is currently pursuing a Master of Psychology (Clinical) at ISN Psychology Pty Ltd.

We are a registered NDIS provider, ISO 9001 and NSDS certified, Comcare accredited, and are on major workplace rehabilitation panels including: icare, Department of Veterans Affairs, ACT Government, Defence Housing Australia, and Worksafe ACT. We are members of the Australian Association for Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC), Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association (ARPA), Association for Positive Behaviour Support and National Disability Services (NDS). We employ a wide range of Allied Health professionals including experienced and accredited Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Speech Pathologists and Registered Nurses who have experience working with complex and high needs clients across all age ranges and disability/injury presentations. A large percentage of our Consultants are culturally and linguistically diverse (32%) with many who also speak other languages including Mandarin, Cantonese and Arabic. ORS proudly employs people with lived experience of disability and with family members with lived experience; and people who identify as LGBTIQA.
