Natalie Fensom is a Provisional Psychologist and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner at ORS Group since May 2023, after serving as a Provisional Psychologist at Inner Space Psychological Services from November 2021 to April 2023. Prior to their psychology roles, Natalie worked as a Sales Representative at French Connection from September 2019 to December 2021 and as a Sales Professional at David Jones from September 2017 to July 2019. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wollongong (2016-2020) and completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) in Psychology at the Institute for Social Neuroscience between February 2021 and October 2021.

We employ a wide range of Allied Health professionals including experienced and accredited Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Speech Pathologists and Registered Nurses who have experience working with complex and high needs clients across all age ranges and disability/injury presentations. A large percentage of our Consultants are culturally and linguistically diverse (32%) with many who also speak other languages including Mandarin, Cantonese and Arabic. ORS proudly employs people with lived experience of disability and with family members with lived experience; and people who identify as LGBTIQA.
