Richard Otoba is an accomplished psychologist and clinic manager with extensive experience in psychological assessment and therapy. Currently serving as Psychology Clinic Manager and Team Leader at ORS Group, Richard conducts comprehensive psychological evaluations and provides therapy to clients facing psychological challenges. Richard also works as an Associate General Psychologist at The READ Clinic Psychology. Previous roles include Retail Manager at Coles Group and Senior Department Manager at Primark, where Richard excelled in operations and customer service. Richard’s background also includes significant experience in social support, having worked as an Emotional Support Worker, Victim Support Worker, and Social Worker, demonstrating a strong commitment to helping vulnerable populations. Richard holds a Master's degree in Occupational and Organizational Psychology and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Medicine.

We employ a wide range of Allied Health professionals including experienced and accredited Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Speech Pathologists and Registered Nurses who have experience working with complex and high needs clients across all age ranges and disability/injury presentations. A large percentage of our Consultants are culturally and linguistically diverse (32%) with many who also speak other languages including Mandarin, Cantonese and Arabic.
