Terry Williams

Terry Williams is the founder and CEO of ORS Partners, a company launched in 2012 that provides innovative talent solutions to help clients grow. Terry also served as the founder and CEO of CXP (Cross X Platform) since 2011. Prior to that, they were the co-founder and managing partner of NextStage Advisors/NextStage Capital starting in 2002. Terry has also held positions on the board of governors for Sixers Innovation Lab and on the board of directors for Net Nanny. In addition, they co-founded Movitas in 2006. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Terry worked as a consultant for Dialogic starting in 1989.
