Alicia Belda Leandro

Alicia Belda Leandro is a Scour and Coastal Engineer at Ørsted, where employment commenced in May 2021. Prior to this role, Alicia worked as a Master Thesis Student at Resen Waves from January to July 2021, developing a numerical model for the Resen buoy's power output under various geometry modifications. Alicia served as a Teacher Assistant in the Civil Engineering Department at DTU - Technical University of Denmark from August 2020 to May 2021, teaching courses in prestressed concrete, plasticity, and probabilistic modeling. Previous experience includes working as an Operations Assistant at Inditex and as a Junior Project Manager at ARQUIBERICA ARQUITECTURA E INGENIERIA SL, where responsibilities included building inspections and managing repair work. Alicia's career began as a football player for Valencia CF from August 2009 to June 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Marine and Coastal Engineering from DTU (2019-2021) and two Master's degrees in Civil Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València (2018-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (2014-2018).
