David Beddows

David Beddows is an experienced operations and maintenance professional with a career spanning over 15 years in the engineering sector. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Ørsted since December 2018, David has also held roles as Maintenance Manager and Engineering Team Lead within the same organization. Prior to Ørsted, David worked at Viridor from September 2012 to October 2017, where responsibilities included leading maintenance teams, commissioning electrical equipment, and overseeing maintenance procedures. David's earlier experience includes serving as a Petty Officer Electrical Engineer in the Royal Navy from April 2005 to April 2012. David holds a Foundation Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, obtained between 2006 and 2008.
